This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into, and governed in all respects by, the OGPro Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.
1. Introduction and Scope
OGPro, LLC (“OGPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Wyoming limited liability company providing educational content, professional training, digital products, memberships, and related services through www.ogpro.org and affiliated platforms (the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains how OGPro collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects Personal Data in compliance with applicable law, including the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act and the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”), Colo. Rev. Stat. § 6-1-1301 et seq.
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. No Medical, Regulated, or Sensitive Data OGPro is not a healthcare provider, covered entity, or business associate under HIPAA.
OGPro does not knowingly collect or process:
• Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Medical records or patient data
• Biometric identifiers
• Genetic data
• Precise geolocation data
Users are strictly prohibited from submitting regulated health or patient data. Any such submission is at the user’s sole risk and subject to indemnification obligations under the Terms of Service.

• Billing ZIP/postal code and country
• Account credentials
• Professional credentials (if voluntarily submitted)

Information from Third Parties:
OGPro receives limited data from third-party service providers such as Podia (education platform), Stripe (payment processing), email and CRM providers, analytics providers, and hosting services. These entities operate under their own privacy policies and are not controlled by OGPro.
4. Payments and Financial Information
OGPro does not store payment card numbers or banking information. All payments are processed by Stripe or similar third-party processors. OGPro receives only transaction confirmation data necessary for accounting and support purposes.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
OGPro uses cookies and similar technologies solely for functional, analytical, and security purposes. OGPro does not sell Personal Data, engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, or conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects under the Colorado Privacy Act. Users may manage cookies via browser settings. OGPro does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
6. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing OGPro processes Personal Data only as necessary to:
• Provide and operate the Services
• Administer accounts and memberships
• Process transactions
• Communicate with users
• Improve services and security
• Enforce contractual rights
• Comply with legal obligations
Processing occurs based on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, legal compliance, or consent, as applicable.
7. Data Sharing and Indemnity Alignment
OGPro shares Personal Data only with service providers acting on OGPro’s behalf, payment processors, hosting providers, email platforms, and legal authorities when required by law.
OGPro does not sell Personal Data or share it for monetary consideration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OGPro from any claims, liabilities, damages, fines, or costs arising from:
• Unauthorized submission of regulated or sensitive data
• Misuse of the Services
• Violations of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service
8. Data Retention
OGPro retains Personal Data only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill contractual, legal, and operational obligations. Data may thereafter be anonymized or aggregated.
9. Security Measures and Disclaimer
OGPro implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However, no data system is entirely secure. OGPro disclaims liability for unauthorized access caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, as set forth in the Terms of Service. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.
10. Colorado Privacy Act Rights
Colorado residents may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of their Personal Data by contacting advisor@ogpro.org. OGPro will respond within statutory timelines and may verify identity prior to fulfilling requests.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for adults. OGPro does not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 16 years of age.
12. Governing Law and Venue
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction and venue provisions of the Terms of Service.
13. Changes to This Policy
OGPro may modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
